Conimel supports and participates in the SARA Project – Adolescent Rural Learning Service (Serviço de Aprendizagem Rural ao Adolescente).
The Sara Project in partnership with Conimel has been active in social action for more than 10 years, associating professionalism with community action. With ample experience in the sector of social responsibility and professional initiation, the project has the capacity for serving more than 160 adolescents per month.
Worker in Training Program
The Worker in Training Program makes it possible for companies to supply their professional needs and also place young talent in the work market, allowing complementation in their learning and a healthy link of companies with schools and Social Projects that aim at professional inclusion.
Conimel believes it is possible to do more and do things better every day.
The Worker in Training Program is based on the terms of the Statute of Children and Adolescents – Law 8.069/90 and other legal and regulatory provisions, and is directed toward participating in, supporting and developing the professional skills of the adolescent, guiding new generations through knowledge, method, discipline and values for a more just life and society.
